Sales Account Executive
Sales Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle - from qualified opportunity to signed operator. You will run demos, build relationships with business owners and venues, and close deals that put Sweet Robo machines on the ground.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Run product demos and tailor the pitch to each prospect’s location and goals
- Negotiate and close deals, then hand off cleanly to onboarding
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a physical product
- Confident communicator who can move a deal forward
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable owning a number
Business Development Representative (BDR)

Be the tip of the spear. You will find and qualify new opportunities and book demos for our Account Executives - the engine that keeps the pipeline full.
What you'll do
- Prospect and reach out to potential operators and venues
- Qualify inbound leads and route the right ones to the right rep
- Book qualified demos and meetings for the sales team
- Keep the CRM clean and your follow-ups on time
What we're looking for
- Hungry, coachable, and great on the phone and over email
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Sales or customer-facing experience a plus - drive matters more
VP of Operations

Lead and scale the operation behind a fast-growing robotics company - logistics, production, supply chain, installation and support. You will turn growth into a smooth, repeatable machine.
What you'll do
- Own operations strategy across fulfillment, install and field support
- Build, lead and develop cross-functional operations teams
- Optimize supply chain and logistics as volume scales internationally
- Set the KPIs and systems that keep quality high as we grow
What we're looking for
- Senior operations leadership experience, ideally scaling a hardware or logistics business
- Proven track record building teams and process from the ground up
- Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
Customer Success Account Manager
Customer Success Account Manager
Own the relationship after the sale. You will make sure operators succeed with their machines - onboarding them, keeping accounts healthy, and growing them over time.
What you'll do
- Onboard new operators and set them up to earn from day one
- Own account health, retention and expansion across your book
- Be the trusted point of contact for questions, supplies and support
- Spot upsell opportunities and partner with sales to grow accounts
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-disciplined and effective working fully remote
